Each coffee we select is the result of a lot of passion and hard-work. For us, coffee is more than just a final product we consume, we recognise and respect every person who has worked hard to provide us with the opportunity to drink and share exceptional quality coffee. This is why we provide as much information as we can to ensure the traceability of coffee right back to where it began life. We cooperate with our farmers and roasters to ensure a sustainable (and this means a fair price is achieved for everyone at every stage) and delicious coffee production. When we brew, we ensure this process is properly represented by extracting the inherent flavours and qualities of each different coffee.
